Water Conservation Notice - Uintah Highlands Improvement District

Uintah Highlands Improvement District is experiencing unusually low reservoir levels and snowpack, with an increased risk of drought this year.  To help protect our water supply, we ask all residents and businesses to conserve water now.

Please:

* Repair leaks promptly

* Use water-efficient appliances and fixtures

* Limit non-essential water use

* Delay outdoor watering (secondary/irrigation-per Weber Basin)

www.eyeonwater.com.  Early detection can help prevent water loss and reduce costs.

Drought rates have not yet been implemented but may become necessary if conditions do not improve.  Conservation efforts now may help avoid additional measures.
