Bill Payment

Uintah Highlands Improvement District accepts cash, check, or money orders at the office.  Currently we are not set up to take credit cards in the office.  Online BILL PAY is Now Available.  Credit Cards are accepted through BILL PAY.  Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Pay

We now have Online Bill Pay through Xpress Bill Pay.  Click the link to the right or at the bottom of this page to set up your online payments.  You will need your account number.  There are options to pay with a credit card, bank draft, auto pay, and more.  They may charge a fee for this service.

Payment Over the Phone

If you prefer, you can make a payment over the phone by calling 1-888-605-0979.  

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address or use the dropbox.  When paying with cash we prefer you bring your payment into the office and get a receipt. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online 

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
