2025 Election Information.
There will be three (4-year term) seats on the board up for election on Nov 4th, 2025. To become a candidate you must file a 'Declaration of Candidacy' form in person during regular office hours 8:00 to 5:00.
New for 2025 - Every candidate must complete a 'Conflict of Interest' disclosure form. Available at the office or download the form below to complete BEFORE coming in to file for candidacy.
The candidate filing period begins Monday, June 2nd at 8:00 a.m. ending Monday, June 9th at 5:00 p.m. (no exceptions). District Candidate qualifications are as follows:
- A U.S. Citizen at least 18 years old on election day.
- Registered voter within the boundaries of service district.
- Must have resided within the service district for the 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of election.
- Maintain a principal place of residence within the district during term of office.
- A user of at least one service provided by the district.
- Has not been convicted of a felony, treason, crime, or offense, unless right to hold office has been restored under Utah Code Section 20A-2-101.5.
- Cannot have been declared mentally incompetent.
